Physicians Endoscopy, LLC (“PE”) is a leading developer and manager of freestanding ambulatory surgery centers (“ASCs”) across the U.S.
PE partners with physicians and hospitals to provide a comprehensive suite of billing, management and development services to its 14 partner centers located across the U.S. By partnering with gastrointestinal physicians, who own the majority interest of the ASC’s, PE can quickly establish and develop new ASC’s, by leveraging the physician network as a key referral source.
PE’s management team has a proven distinctive development model that appeals to physicians and generates outstanding returns on invested capital and significant free cash flow. PE earns nearly half of its revenue from billing and management fees and the balance from its minority interest in the center level earnings.
