Gregory Itzenson Gregory Itzenson, Associate at Pegasus Blue Star Fund, focuses on all aspects of evaluating and executing M&A transactions. Prior to joining Pegasus Blue Star Fund in 2009, he was an investment banking analyst in Houlihan Lokey's Financial Institutions Group in New York, where he focused on advising financial services companies in strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and raising various forms of capital.
