Vincenzo Villamena, CPA Vincenzo Villamena, Senior Associate at Pegasus Blue Star Fund, focuses on all aspects of M&A execution. Prior to joining Pegasus Blue Star Fund in 2008, he worked as a Senior Associate in the Transaction Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he focused on due diligence, valuation and interpreting GAAP and SEC guidance for complex accounting issues for M&A transactions. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey. Mr. Villamena earned both a Master of Accounting and a B.B.A. with distinction, in finance and corporate strategy, from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M.
